Use of the Be Assured platform is covered by a separate subscription agreement between Be Assured Ltd and the customer organisation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the subscription agreement applies.
2. Information on this site
Our guides and explainers summarise the Regulator of Social Housing’s standards, Awaab’s Law, the Competence and Conduct Standard and related rules in plain English. They are general information only. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and they may not reflect the latest changes. You should check the official sources and take your own advice before acting.
3. Predicted grades
Predicted grades shown on this site and in the platform are our own assessment, or the assessment of the consultant completing the review, based on the evidence provided. They are not issued by the Regulator of Social Housing and do not guarantee any regulatory outcome. The regulator makes its own independent judgements.
4. No affiliation
Be Assured is a software provider. We are not affiliated with, and are not endorsed by, the Regulator of Social Housing, the Housing Ombudsman, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government or any other public body. Names of these bodies are used only to describe the rules our software helps with.
5. Using the site
You may view, download and print pages for your own use or for use within your organisation. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms us or anyone else
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or any connected system
- introduce viruses or other harmful material
- copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial use without our written permission
