Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website and platform, including people with disabilities. Last updated 7 October 2026.
1. Our commitment
Many of our customers are public bodies and housing providers with their own accessibility duties, and their staff and tenants have a wide range of needs. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and the Be Assured platform.
2. What you should be able to do
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- move around the site using only a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- use the site with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver
- use the site in light or dark mode, with colour contrast that meets AA
- turn off animation using your device’s reduced-motion setting
- read content written in plain English
3. How accessible this site is
We know some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- some charts in the platform may not yet have full text alternatives
- some third-party tools, such as embedded booking forms, may not meet the same standard
We are working to fix these. [Update this list after your launch audit.]
4. How we test
We check new features against WCAG 2.2 AA during design and development, using automated tools and manual testing with keyboard and screen readers. We plan an independent audit at least once a year. This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026.
5. Feedback and requests

6. If you’re not happy with our response
