For consultants and assessors

Take on more clients without more spreadsheets.

Run mock inspections, assurance reviews and grading support for housing providers on one platform. Your judgement stays the scarce part. We handle the rest.

How a review runs
  • 1Onboard the client and send the information request
  • 2Assess, moderate and quality check
  • 3Issue the report straight from the review
Why firms switch

The admin around an assessment costs more than the assessment.

Chasing evidence by email
The problem

Information requests go out as Word lists. Documents come back in batches, half-named, across weeks of follow-up emails.

What fixes it

A client workspace with a structured request tied to each expectation. The client uploads straight into the right place and you see what’s outstanding.

Example

A three-person team cuts evidence collection for a 20,000-home client from six weeks to two, with no lost attachments.

Inconsistent judgements across your team
The problem

Two assessors reach different conclusions on the same evidence. Moderation happens in comments on a shared document, if at all.

What fixes it

One scoring framework, stage gates and a built-in moderation step, so nothing goes to the client until a second reviewer signs it off.

Example

Your lead consultant reviews every position flagged C3-risk before issue, and the record shows who changed what and why.

Rebuilding the report every time
The problem

Final reports are assembled by hand from notes and spreadsheets, so every engagement ends with days of formatting and checking.

What fixes it

The evaluation record and client report are generated from the review itself, in your branding, with findings and actions already linked.

Example

The client gets their report the week fieldwork ends, plus a live improvement plan they can keep working in.

Built for your practice

Everything a consultancy needs to deliver assessments well.

Client workspaces

A separate, secure space for every client, with controlled sharing both ways.

Information requests

Structured requests linked to the framework, with progress you and the client can both see.

Moderation and QA

Stage gates and second-line review before any finding reaches the client.

Site visits and reality checks

Plan visits, capture notes on the day and link them to the right expectations.

Client benchmarking

Compare performance across your own client base to spot sector-wide themes.

Your branding

Reports and client portals carry your name. Be Assured works in the background.

Partner programme

Grow a recurring service, not just one-off projects.

Once a mock inspection is done, your client still needs to keep its position current. With Be Assured you can offer ongoing assurance between inspections, with monitoring rounds that carry forward what hasn’t changed.

Questions

What consultants ask us

Can I use my own assessment methodology?

Yes. The framework follows the regulator’s structure, but you can add your own questions, scoring guidance and report templates on top.

Who owns the client data?

Your client owns their evidence. You get access for the length of the engagement, and the client can keep their workspace afterwards if they choose.

Can my client already be on Be Assured?

Yes. If they already use the platform, they invite you into their workspace and you assess against evidence they already hold.

How is pricing structured for consultancies?

Partner pricing is based on the number of active client workspaces. Talk to our partner team for details.
